Suggest The Ideal Dosage For MX3 Plus Capsule
Hi sir my father is taken a mx3plus he s only starting yesterday he s also an age of senior citizen...how can to take a drink mx3plus?how many capsule per days?how can he takes this mx3plus capsule?in the morning or in the evening?before meal or after?

I would suggest for him to avoid the use of food supplements considering his age; as the normal physiological function of the body like the function of the kidney which helps elimination of drugs is considerably lowered in the elderly.
In addition, there are no concrete guidelines on the dose of MX3 plus. Moreover, the body does not need any extra supplementation if a person consumes a normal healthy diet with plenty of fresh food.
