Suggest The Ideal Dosage For Meftal-P

My son is below 5 yrs and 15kg., He is suffering from fever for 3 days. His fever ranges 101-102°f. I gave him crocin DS whenever it above 100f. Is it suitable for him and how many days it be continued? Can meftal p syrup is suitable for him.and what dose is suitable?

Give him half tab crocin instead of crocin dsfor fever. 1 tsp of meftil syrup is fine. Also add cefixim 100 mg bd as aantibiotics are needed
