General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The most essential information for formula milk preparation is weight of the baby which is not provided here, but I can guide for an average weight infant as below. Around 2-3 scoops of 5 ml powder content to be poured in cooled water after adequate boiling in a sterile baby bottle for feeding. The prepared formula should be used within 2-3 hours of preparation ideally and intermittently should be stored at 5 degree temperature in refrigerator.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
