Suggest The Type Of Specialist To Consult For Knots On Head

I ve been seeing a dermatologist for years now concerning knots in my head which in layman s teems was described to me as razor bumps. There are more now, very irritating and feels like scalp is inflamed. I want to see another specialist but not sure what kind i should see.
