Suggest Therapy For An Anxiety Disorder

I have a diagnosis from my psychiatrist for adult ADHD-hyperactivity with generalized anxiety disorder. I have been taking desoxyn since my youth until recently when I got out of the Marine Corps. My doctor now only prescribes me Adderall or Vyvannse and neither are working. Can an online Dr. prescribe to me with my medical diagnosis in writing?
