Suggest Therapy For Anxiety Attack With Pain In The Neck

I have been having a typical anxiety attack all day. Shortness of breath, chattering teeth, feeling tight in my throat, etc. I tried to wind down and have a beer a few minutes ago, but after I few swigs I noticed a tingling sensation in my neck or behind my ears/jawline when I would take a drink. My neck also feels swollen on the sides now. Is this anything to be concerned about?

Please consult a psychiatrist and start taking medications for the anxiety along with relaxatation exercises, yoga and proiper sleep. Another symptom of tingling sensation in neck may be of anxiety as muscle tension usually occur in patient of anxiety. Hope this will help. Thanks.
