Suggest Therapy For Anxiety Neurosis Causing Inability To Stand

Hello Sir/Madam,
Around 3 weeks back, I had what the doctors called 'anxiety neurosis'. My hands seemed to get stiff and so were the nerves in other parts of my body, like those around my ears, my stomach, etc.. It was a coincidence that the symptoms appeared while I was standing for quite sometime, and having mental tensions too..
I was released from the hospital and they called it a very minor case of nervous breakdown. They did some basic blood tests + also some other tests - they said everything is normal. I was in bed rest for a week or so. But since then, I am not able to stand for more than 5 mins or so -- the pulse rate starts increasing and the same symptoms seem to re-appear. Any suggestions?
