Suggest Therapy For Anxiety & Stress

My husband joined the military a week ago, I've been very distressed and unable to sleep well and unable to eat, I try force a meal a day. Today when I relax and lie down my heart beats real hard and I cant catch my breath, I'm fine when I sit up though. What could this be? I cant afford to go to the doctor if its just because I'm sad.
Thanks.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I can understand your emotions. You are wise enough to understand that your current state of anxiety is due to your husbands departure from your home. You are disappointed due to that. Fine. You should also understand that so many people do have such scenarios. so many people do leave their near and dear just to work and earn. Your current situation / anxiety should settle within some days.

In the mean time you should keep your self busy and productive. Idle mind is devils workshop, you know that better. If you stay put inside your house, these negative thoughts will disturb you and bring in anxiety. The resultant will be the symptoms like fast heart beat and feeling breathing difficulty.

You can always practice deep breathing whenever you have these symptoms and I am sure you will learn to live without your husband.

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
