Suggest Therapy For Diabetes

debashis chakrabarty: Hi. I am a dibetic patient . Male, age 58 . 1.I am diabetic since 1995. I was taking glimmer 1 Mg before break fast & piogen M-30 with dinner.My pp blood sugar never went down below 200.2.Only recently I have checked by blood sugar , Lipid profile, Blood count, himoglobin, urine. The PP sugar came 239.All other reports were o.k excepting glucose in my urine.3.My doctor after seeing the result prescribed me a) galvus met two nos /day . One with breakfast & one with dinner. Just after one sip.4.After I started consuming Galvus met I was terribly affected with stomach problem, hyper acidity. The doctor when reported had given me a.VLS-3 After lunch.b.Remister after dinner.c.voglitab after breakfastThese medicines could not help my stomach .Though my PP sugar came down to 195 . Actually Galvus met helped my pancreas at the cost of Stomach .Being frustrated I have left this Galvus met & started taking GemerForte-1 once daily before dinner & Piomed mg-.2 before break fast. can I continue with this. I walk on treadmill for 15 minutes daily . Kindly suggest suitable medicines along with vitamins & fruits I require to take daily. can I take seasonal fruits like mango ?

Along with the above medicines I take AMIXIDE & AMIXIDE-H one daily as per doctor's pre3scription for the last 15 years. I tried to stop this medicines but Withdrawal Syndrome did not allow me to do so .

Kindly send me the complete diet chart & regular exercise I require to do.

Kindly also let me know how long I should walk on treadmill at the rate 1 km/ 8 minute speed.

I have gone thru your query,I can understand your cocern regarding your diabetes .

As a Homeopath naturpopath & magneto therapist I suggest you not to leave or take any medication without consent of your treating doctor . If ever you feel problem with any medicine consult him first .
And whichever alternative therapy you take , you must inform him.

Your BSL shows that some where something is not all well with your life style and your daily regimen ?
Gulping on medicines will not help cure on the contrary you suffer from side effects , unless you follow certain disciplined regimen .

1. Take high fiber diets including all essential nutrients containing fruit - GUAVA ,PEARS - APPLE -,APRICOT PLUMS green leafy veges vitamins ,minerals, directly , as it reduce the risk of diabetes . a fiber-rich diet can decrease and eliminate constipation and hemorrhoids, it helps the stool pass through easily and decreases the burden of toxins reabsorbed into the body.
Avoid fried ,fast foods ,Tea, coffee ,Alcohol smoking ,mango ,banana & cheeku .
2. Take Mixture of extract of lemon , garlic , ginger , mooringa tree bark( sehjan tree) , vinegar of coconut water and stevia . 25 -35 ml is the dose

3. Bitter gourd has astounding health benefits. Bitter Gourd juice in the morning can help to strengthen your immune system and increase your body’s fighting power against infection and diseses as a whole .
