Suggest Therapy For Insomnia With Pain In The Bone & Muscles

I just started dating a guy who has Klinefelter Syndrome. He has been diagnosed with it for most of his life and he is 22. I understand what it is because I've done the research and talked to him about it and I'm completely okay with it.

I have been trying to find something about what other people can do to help them, but everyone only seems concerned with the fact that most men with this syndrome can't have children. Also, not a concern for me because I already have a child. He says he can't really sleep ever because his bones and muscles hurt really bad and sometimes he will have seizures. I feel so helpless when he texts me in the middle of the night because he is in pain and I don't know what I can do about it. I definetaly don't want to do the wrong thing if I'm with him and he has a seizure.
