Suggest Therapy For Migraine

I wondered whether you could help me with a problem. For about a week I have had neck ache which has gradually faded, though I can still feel it in the front of my neck. Then yesterday, I had what I believe to be a scintillating scotoma/occular migraine which lead to a unilateral headache on my left side for about three hours. I wondered whether these two things could be linked. I am a 16 year old male.
