Hi I am 5'3" and 220 pounds. Over the past several weeks I have been under a lot of stress. I have actually dropped 20 pounds in the past two weeks, have a very small appetite, frequent bowel movements and now am noticing they are turning bright green. I run fever off and on and am contributing all this to stress. What could this possibly be?
