Hello!
I understand your struggle. But if you don't eat fruits and vegetables than try to eat a high protein diet at least. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Cut out saturated fats such as butter. Try to consume different kind of nuts, rusberries, blueberries, chia seeds, sunflower chias mixed up with cornflakes/ oatmeal and yogurt. Exercise is good for your health overall. Combine cardio with weight training.
Best regards.
