Suggest Topical Treatment For Rash On The Buttocks
My son has a rash on his buttocks. It is clustered in a center circle like raised pimples inflamed and 7 ddry and flaky. the circumference is about 3 1/2 inches. it is more mild between the buttocks. is there a topical medicine you would suggest. Is this fungal related? Neosporin or A & D Oinment or desitin goood or Clotrimazole a good idea to try. ,

It isfungal infection under wears tobe boild toprevent reoccurance apply clotrimazole cream bd tab fluconazole 150mg daily till it disappears
