General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bulky uterus refers to enlarged uterus. The cause could be due to cysts or fibroids in the uterus. You will require hormonal contraceptives to regulate your cycles. After 2 to 3 months of treatment, normal cycles will return. Kindly check any associated thyroid abnormalities.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
