Suggest Treatment After Choking On A Piece Of Meat

Less than an hour ago I started choking on a piece of meat. It felt like a tiny morsel got into my lungs, but did not get the heimlich. Was able to keep coughing and was able to get air. Are there any after effects that I might have after this? Any effects that could be serious?

If its just a small bit then the chances are that it might disintegrate but it also comes in with a high risk of aspiration pneumonia! So i would suggest that you will consult a doctor incase of you have fever or flu like symptoms in the near future.
