Suggest Treatment And Symptoms Of Hyperplasia?

I had a thymectomy 18 months ago, hyperplasia. Since then my glands are always swollen. In the past three months I've lost 15lbs (down to 118 from close to 140) I have low grade temps most days and night sweats waking me up to change my clothes at least once or twice a night. I've got several small, but palpable lymph nodes in the left axilla, a breast lump scheduled to be excised in two weeks. I've also had an inguinal lymph node that swelled to the size of a grape for about three weeks but has since shrunk back to pea size. Does thymectomy have any lasting effects on lymphatic tissue?
