Suggest Treatment As Food Got Stuck In Nose

Hi I was eating yesterday and sneezed as well as trying to swallow. Food went in my nose and got stuck, it wasn t very nice, made me vomit. 1 nostril is now clear, but I think the other is not full , I have been blowing my nose and some particles came out earlier today, however it feels blocked a bit and I can smell a horrible smell. I don t know what to do, and feel really stupid

Hey , that's fine. It happens. Nothing to worry. If you feel there is any food particle still stuck in your nostrils, visit your nearest ENT specialist and a physical examination will definitely reveal it. It will be a simple out patient procedure, it will be removed with a probe.
