Suggest Treatment Based On The Following Reports

I am Nasreen (Ms) form Dhaka, Bangladesh and working with United Nations. My age is running 50. I am suffering with multiple problems (Gyne & Neoro). The following medical reports on 2 November 2014 are mentioned below for your kind suggestion and advice. Recently sometimes I feel pain at my right breast, which I didn t feel earlier. still I am taking the following medicines. but Vitamin D3 course is completed. I am strongly looking forward for your valuable advice. Status of the Multiple Reports :- RIGHT BREAST : I have ?Fibroadeneoma right breast with few drops of blood mixed material was aspirated. Smears show groups of regular duct epithelial cells and fragments of fibrofatty tissue in a background of RBCs. No malignant cell is seen. I have few cysts, measuring about 4.6 X 5.0 mm, another 4.0mm and 2.0mm, these cysts show regulate wall but internal echoes within. An ill defined, hypoechoic, slightly inhomogeneous solid mass lesion with irregular outline measuring about 11.4 x 7.4 mm in size is seen. UTERUS : Bulky uterus with adenomyosis and a small myoma. Broad cervix. FSH Report : 41.5 Cervical Smear : Smears show inflammatory changes in the epithelial cells. The Indian Gynecologist suggested to take 1 Capsule Evion 400 regularly, and I am following his suggestion since last six months. I have another problem on Cervical Radiculopathy, Anxiety Pseudodementia, Stain induced Myalgia stopped, otherwise doing well. MRI REPORT : MR Scan of cervical spine shows features suggestive of degenerative changes. Mild diffuse posterior bulging of C3-4 TO C5-6 discs are noted mildly compressing the ventral thecal sac. The C5-C6 disc shows left paracentral annular tear and focal herniation indenting the ventral surface of the cord and the adjacent exiting nerve root. There is secondary central stenosis at this level. Features of sinusitis are noted with polypoidal lesion in the sphenoid sinus. BLOOD GLUCOSE : 96 VITAMIN D SERUM : 7 The Indian Neuro Physician Suggested to take the following medicines : - Nexito 5, 1 daily to continue - Gabapin 100, 1 tab 2 times daily to continue - D3 60 K 1 Capsule regularly to continue 12 weeks, - Physiotherapy, as required and Neck exercise regularly to continue

apart from an abysmally low vit D, and issues with your cervical disc which is giving you symptoms all else findings may or may not cause symptoms
please understand a finding on an investigation does not necessarily cause any symptom, and the reverse is also true that a symptom may not be supported by a finding.
you seem to be very stressed out with your health issues UN job being an Ex UN Peacekeeper myself will sure tell you is quite stressful in itself this reflects in your anxiety pseudodementia.

my suggestion would be please relax take the R&R break destress and stop thinking about illness, please take the approach when something happens we will fix it
