Suggest Treatment For 4 Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Stomach
I have 4 lymph nodes that have increased in size around esphogus going down into belly after a ct scan I hurt every time I sit up in bed at my waist and dull aching pain when I lay on either side my blood wbc was normal when I look up the lymph nodes it comes up hodgkins or lymphoma I have itching of my body and I cough one time a day the spleen liver pancreas large bowel small bowel are unremarkable I had kidney cancer 6 years ago my other kidney is fine gallbladder taken out per scan scheduled
As per my surgical experience, the lymph nodes around esophagus going down to belly button seems to be para esophageal lymph nodes most likely. Keeping in view of previous kidney carcinoma, metastasis is the most probable diagnosis in this regard and hence it is worth to get the PET scan report before further comments.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
