Suggest Treatment For ADHD , Depression And Anxiety Disorder

I've been in therapy , Meds for Several years do to ADHD,OCD, Depression, Anxiety. Now unable to work ,for 2yrs. Am I eligible for Disability? I need income, don't leave my house.its spiraled out of controlled dispite much counciling. And Meds. Do you think these are Mental illnesses all? Please answer both questions.
