Suggest Treatment For Acetimenophen Overdose
hello I am in a remote location on Roatan...I have an employee who just took ...maybe 10 or 15 Acetimenophen and other pills.. I am an R.N. I have no activated charcoal or syrup of Ipecac...It's been about 20 min....Ideas for an emetic? Please hurry

What is the dose in each tablet. Acetaminophen may cause gastritis with Drug induced liver injury lead to acute liver failure. You may need gastric lavage through nasogastric tube and require N Acetylene Cysteine administration. KF 140 mg /kg starting dose and then 70mg/kg every 4th hourly for till next 20 dosages. If you observe abdominal pain and vomiting or icterus, please consult your doctor immediately.
