Suggest Treatment For Allergic Rhinitis
Hi
I am Nasreen from Banglore,I am suffering from Allergic Rehints since from my childhood
The symptoms are snezing,unable to breadth (blockage of chest) ,nostrils get closed all the time,throught pain and some times I get cough too
due to throught pain.
I am using nasal spray(flomist) and inhelar(seroflo 250) medicine levocat-D with drug levocitrizine-dyhydrochloride and spray (oxymetaxolyine Hydrochloride)for the above symptoms.
Can you please suggest me
Do I need to use all these medicines and sprays through out my life?
Do this symptomas get reduced any time?
Due to this medicines and drugs which I am using show any effect on my pregnancy?
IF it shows,How the impact will be

Noted you are having allergic rhinitis
Here source of allergy that is allergen has to be searched for....
Allergy test is useful....
This drugs like oxymetazoline is in nasal spray form .so not affect pregnancy.
Long term use of this mediation avoided..
While having rhinitis steam inhalation useful for soothing effect....
More water taken as it has antioxident property...
While having rhinitis fried food less.
Deviated nasal septum if present corrected.
Oregano decrease histamin response and is good remedy ....
For allergy fexofenedine and montelukast can be taken prophylactically....
