Suggest Treatment For COPD And Pain While Swallowing

I have a red bump on the left side. It hurts to touch the bump but It doesn t hurt to swallow. I have copd and smoke. I really don t have much of an appetite but do eat. I eat canned fruit and raisins. do you have any prognosis for this. My Doctor will not be in the office until Tuesday Nov. 8th
