Suggest Treatment For COPD

hello my name is Aleta... have been diagnosed with COPD sometime ago... doctor prescribed montelukast already take accolate.. which works for me... do I take them together.... and what is the difference.....thank you so much

Sorry for you,
Actually , motelukast and accolate (zafirlukadt) both are using for same purpose, no need to take both together.

If you have any reaction or, problem with one gruop then can try another.

Both medication is for prevention of your breathlessness cause by bronchial spasm.

For, COPD , must avoid risk factor if any like , smoking, air pollution.

There are many option of treatment for COPD ,according to patients situation.

keep in touch with your chest physician.
