Suggest Treatment For Darier's Disease

Good morning! My name is Hugo ,I 'm 36 years old.I 'm from Brazil. I have Darier's disease.I would like to know if there is a new treatment to Darier's disease? What do you think if I go to USA,to look for the best doctor or the specialist in Darier 'disease to do the treatment?

If you agree,who is the doctor, and the his phone for me contact theirs?

Hi thanks for asking question.
I have few suggestion to you regarding treatment.
To reduce inflammation topical steroid helpful.
To reduce hyperkeratosis vitamin A helpful.
To reduce scaling apply moisturizer over it.
Recently Topical pimecrolimus and topical 5 flurouracil fount to be effective according to some study.
Oral retinoids like Acitretin found to be useful.
Isotretinoin also seems to be effective.
Sometime oral antibiotic needed to clear secondary bacterial infection.
