Suggest Treatment For GERD

I have a 7 year old daughter that has been diagnosed for years with GERD....Now shes throwing up sometimes its everyday and multiple times per day. Some days shes fine. I am worried constantly about this. Her stomach hurts her alot to. She takes nexium daily, and prior to that shes taken prevacid. We also recently had a upper GI scope and nothing showed up, no bacteria, no allergy, no ulcers or hernias.... Any suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, at the age of 7 years old the GERD is very less likely or not likely as you stated that the patient had gone through the upper GI scope study then GERD could have been detected in that, or it is not being mentioned here.
For the symptoms of vomiting only it may be due to some cerebral pathologies, may be due to otologic pathologies, in short differential diagnosis matters the great.
I would suggest to get done the CT brain.
hope this information helps.
