Dear Mr Khan
Assalamo alaikum.
Thank you for posting query@HCM.

Most Likely your a carrier.
HBsAg is positive but the replicating antigen of virus has an antibody against it. Furthermore, the viral load is NOT high enough requiring treatment. Virus is in "dormant" phase. You do NOT need treatment now.
however, your infected state (HBsAg positive) may NOT be reversed (treated).

It is possible that the virus remains in dormant phase throughout life and causes NO harm to liver. Only one fourth of patients infected with HepB virus develop liver cirrhosis.
therefore, one cannot be sure about her status. the viral load should be monitored and she needs to repeat test every 6 month or atleast once a year.
you should also inform your treating doctor if your married and want to plan a baby.

There is NO permanent treatment for HepB virus.
however , you may not be vaccinated BUT all relatives need to be vaccinated against HepB (if not done yet).

wish you good health.
further queries are welcomed.
