how does crystal meth affect my colon, ive had a BAD tummy ache for about 2 weeks now i first thought it was constipation (well i really was but evetually went to the bathroom and all came out , but it still extremely painful on the r side of my abdomain closer to the gallbladder , i also have hep b and liver is inflamed and swolln by 15 cm am i going to die?

I can't say that you are going to die or not but for sure meth will damage liver and hepatitis B also.
