Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern regarding your stage and treatment. you have tested with western blot techniques. so its confirmatory test. You have hiv1.you need to test cd4 count and viral load. from that results we can say that what stage and prognosis you have. Go for that and start treatment accordingly. You can take zidovudin, lamivudin, efavirinz, nevirapine etc according to your doctor's advice.
hope i have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. wish you a very good health.

hi
the above test results shows that you are reactive for HIV.
regarding the stage of the disease and course of treatment you can please consult a medical officer at near by ART(ante retroviral therapy) Centre where you can get tested for CD4 counts if you are a resident of india.

plan of action and course of treatment depends on your CD4 count levels. if CD4 count is less than 350 then there is a need to put you on ante retroviral drugs and treat any co infection if present.
hope i have answered your question
all the best
