Suggest Treatment For Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Ive just been diagnosed with Helicobacter Pylori and been given Clarithromycin 500mg twice a day and Clonamox 500mg 2 twice daily ,I m a bit worried about the side effects of these tablets.I also get palpitations and am taking proprananol will it be ok to go ahead taking these tablets.
