Suggest Treatment For Hellp Syndrome

Hello Doctor, This is sajeesh from Bangalore . My wife was diagnised with HELLP syndrome, APLA sysndrome,Mild preeclmpsia . As a result she underwent a pregnancy termination during second trimester. She is adivised warfarin 5mg. She developed wheezing recently. She is in calicut right now. Is it advisable to bring her to bangalore now. Please advice.

Hello,

If she is not breathing properly and her vitals not stable means it is better to let her stay there only. Continue anticoagulants and anti hypertensive medication. Regular blood pressure and blood sugar estimation needed. Also, check for D dimer or CT chest to rule out pulmonary angiogram. Please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
