lamivudine adviced.
its a safe drug but if you feel any untoward symptom you may visit your treating physician.
it would take 6 to 8weeks for the viral serology to improve and maybe 3 to 6 months for the
viral load to come down to a value where treatment is not required and observation is sufficient.
however, further advice is:
- abstinence from "Alcohol and drugs"
- LOW or fat free diet should be followed
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
-recheck
liver enzymes after 6 to 8 weeks.
- Liv52 maybe used
