Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. Heroin, methadone and Subutex (buprenorphine) all are opioid drugs. Heroin is highly addictive substance and is known to cause significant dependence and has very high abuse potential. Methadone and Buprenorphine are used in opioid detox programs and it is advised to take these drugs under proper supervision and by regular prescriptions only. If properly tapered these drugs help to quit opioids completely, but most of individuals even start abusing these drugs also. You have also started abusing methadone and then subutex and this has cause withdrawal syndrome on stopping the drug. The symptoms like pain in bones, restlessness, uncomfortable feeling etc are due to withdrawal only. But fortunately you didnt suffer severe withdrawal. As per my opinion you should visit a doctor for proper evaluation. Don't start using Subutex or any other similar opioid again. Medicines like Pregabalin, Gabapentin etc can be used to beat the withdrawal symptoms of these drugs. These drugs will help to reduce pain and restlessness and you should feel better. Visit your doctor for detailed prescription.
Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care
