Suggest Treatment For IBS And Severe Abdominal Cramps

Me and my ex got back together a few months ago. I found out he had unprotected sex with someone prior to this. I then found out she had pids. I know she was sexually active with someone else not long after their encounter. I have been getting worried i may have an std from her that can cause pids. The past month or so i have noticed an increase in my discharge, it is significantly more than im used to. It is watery, clear/white but looks light yellow on a pad. I also have IBS and had severe lower abdominal cramps that felt like period cramps with some gas for 24 hours or so and assumed it was the IBS. I get a lot of UTI and the only symptom i have of a UTI now is dark smelly urine. It does not burn to pee but if i push on my pelvic area it does feel a little Tender. What is your opinion? Thank you!
