Suggest Treatment For IBS While Having Pus Cells And RBC In Stool
Sir, I have cronic bowel infections (doctors siad IBD) from 3 & 4 years. But I have taken Ayurvedic and alopethic medicine it could not cure. I have pain in right belly below side. I have feeling an infection who doest not cure from lonsg time. My stool test has puss, rbc & hisotilitica is present. So doctor please tell me what can I do for better treatment for it.

In history you are mentioning entameba histolytica positive .... So you are having amebic dysentery as your stool also showing pus and RBC.... Take metronidazole tablet for it for full course.... Meanwhile take less spicy and fatty foods. Fruits taken more.... More water.... Green leafy veg more. Avoid smoking .....
If still condition not improving you have to be done colonoscopy ...biopsy taken....send for histopathological examination. It might reveal colitis , inflammatory bowel disease , typhoid , microscopic colitis , polyp, malignancy etc like condition and accordingly treated .
