HELLO THERE MY NAME IS CYNTHIA ALFORD I HAVE A PROBLEM LIKE IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME FLARE UPS STILL WITH CONSTIPATION PROBLEMS FIRST BEFORE I DO ANY OF THE BOWEL MOVEMENTS I START SWEATING REALLY BADLY AND ALOT TO AND I HAVE BEEN FEELING VERY BLOATED AND GASSY FEELING TO MY STOMACH HAS BEEN MAKING ALOT OF NOISE AND I HAVE BEEN GETTING ALOT OF LEFT MIDDLE PART OF MY STOMACH MY COLON INTESTINES STILL IS HURTING ME ALOT I HAVE BEEN TAKING OVER THE COUNTER MEDICINE AND EVEN PRESCRIPTION DRUGS TO BUT NOTHING IS WORKING

Homeopathy has a good scope in IBS. You can take homeopathic medicine Nux Vomica in 1m at nigh potency that will work on your constipation. Along with it, take Carboveg, acid sulph in 30 potency and yellow tablet at night prior to sleeping.
