Suggest Treatment For IBS

i am 82, have IBS, was having bloating, gas and painful stomach...a doc in box gave me rx for Bentyl 20 mg which i have taken one pill. it doesn t seem to help much..have burning in stomach and back and underarms feel burning. no temp..no urinary probs. eating BRAT today, BP pretty good today but just now it was 176/79/68, and my face is burning now. YYYY@YYYY

Check your blood pressure n get antihypertensive treatment started. . U need to get electrocardiogram done for any cardiac elements
