Suggest Treatment For Impulse Control Disorder

I have been diagnosed with ADHD since the 90s. I have been on many medications, for my symptoms. Most dangerous is my impulse disorder. My doctor had me on 15xr adderall and when I mentioned it wasn t working properly he told me to take 2, when I said I can t he told me to take half. Ugh. Before going to him I was on 20mg 3x daily of adderall which I found effective. My current doctor said adults don t need adderall and yank me off them just to turn around put me on xr and without notice 15mg salts combination. What do I do? I m a fulltime college student on disability. My instructor ms stated in the beginning I m very disruptive but I don t see it that way, if I don t say what I m thinking I ll forget. I get told I m rude because I don t let anyone finish talking. I m on sequel also but don t take it because it makes me overly tired. Are these online pharmacies legit to were I can go back on my dosage since teenage years until 4 years ago? (32yrs now) I went from Ritalin, dexadrim, wellabutrin and adderall. I don t want to break the law however if I get kick outta college for something I can t control, it would really hurt considered I m 7 courses from my associates degree and I have maintained honors status. My instructors were so impressed with my behavior to now it s like oh goodness does she ever shut up, how many times does she have to repeat herself. Please help with regards to online purchasing.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It may not be easy to treat ADHD in kids and teenagers. If ADHD remains incompletely treated, it does a toll on child's self-esteem also & too many times, in a desire to get noticed, get some appreciation, child engages into undesirable behaviors which are at present your main concern.

There are medications which can be used and inlcude methylphenidate or atomoxetine .

As a part of parent teacher management, we can engage into token economy, contingency management, role plays, time out etc. which are taught by Psychologist to both the parents & teachers in school.

Hence, do contact your Psychologist for PTMT; if need further help do revert back to me.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
