Hello Keratoconus is a chronic disease characterized by thinning of cornea. The treatment to improve vision in the initial stages is by use of spectacles or contact lenses. The progression can be prevented by corneal collagen cross linking or by INTACS. The advanced stages may require keratoplasty. Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
