What Would Be Causing My Severe Headaches?

I have really awful headaches at the end of the day. I ve narrowed the causes down to this: I drink about 3 sodas a day with large amounts of caffine in them it raises my blood pressure, I smoke which i notice lowers my blood pressure, and I have Keratoconus which messes up my eyesight during the day along with trying to focus my eyes on anything particular.

Hello,

Severe headache commonly occurs due to stress, poor posture, inadequate sleep, processed meat that contains a lot of nitrates, dehydration, excessive exposure to sunlight or light sensitivity. Since you have a history of Keratoconas, you should get clinically examined & assessed by an ENT as headache is a progressive symptom of Keratoconus. Get treated at the earliest.

Other medical conditions that cause headache are migraine, tension headache, cluster headache, high blood pressure. You may need medicines for high blood pressure. Neglect will only lead to worsening of the symptoms. Yes, keratoconus interferes with vision & may cause blurry vision, double vision, light sensitivity, etc. Stay well hydrated & take Acetaminophen or Naproxen for temporary symptomatic relieve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
