Doxycycline hyclate being taken for Lyme disease. Want to relieve side-effect nausea. Sodium bicarb works, but have read online that it reduces drug absorption. Licorice is recommended other places as a natural antacid. Will licorice tea affect amount of absorption of doxycycline?.
