Suggest Treatment For Nerves Problem

My uncle is suffering with nerves problems.He is on bed since 3 years.he took treatment in NIMS-hyderabad and of no use. He is under complete bed rest now.He can wake up from his bed just to eat and to go to wash room with my aunts help. So,can you please suggest him what should be done here..?
