Suggest Treatment For Neuropathic Disease

HEllo Doctor my father age 78 years old and he suffering from Neuropathic decease and Dr. Som Nath Mitra of Bangalore snuggest to bring him to Manipal Bangalore for further treatment, now a day his right leg is not working properly and he suffering from back pain, please suggest me what to do please.

He should have a MRI of the lumbar spine performed to look for possible herniated disc or "stenosis".

Surgical intervention may be needed if he is having weakness in the right leg.
