Suggest Treatment For OAT Syndrome

My husband was diagnosed with OAT syndrome a year ago due to testicular microlithiasis and varicocele.I had IVF in June but my pregnancy terminated due to an infection caused by streptococcus agalactiae.my husband repeated semen analysis which showed no sperm at all, only 1 million white blood cells and positive Enterococcus faecalis.my question is if he starts antibiotic treatment will his semen return to what he had before IVF?and if he choses varicocele surgery will it increase sperm number, concentration and motility?is there any treatment for testicular microlithiasis?
