Suggest Treatment For PCOD And Irregular Mensturations

Hi..i have diagnosed as having polycystic ovaries..i suggested two doctors..1 suggested me duphaston and glucophage to conceive and other suggested me myfol and glucophage to conceive..which option will be more better for me to conceive faster??as my menses are irregular and last 2 mnths my periods were lyk black clots foam and nothing more..

Conception with PCOD may be very difficult given the menstrual irregularities that come with this condition.Duphaston may help control the menstrual irregularities but being a progestin only pill, it may rather prevent pregnancy.However, the use of myfol while trying to conceive is also a good.Glucophage may help with ovulation and lead to regular menstrual cycles.I will suggest you give myfol and glucophage a try.If no success, you see a Gynecologist who is an expert in this domain for better management and follow up.
