Suggest Treatment For PCOD Causing Irregular Periods
I am facing the problem of irregular period since I started with my periods. I am 30 now and suffering from PCOS problem. I had a miscarriage in 2011 and I am married for 6 years. Please help me to reduce this problem of PCOS so that I could get my periods regularly and conceive soon.
Welcome and thanks for the consult. I appreciate your concerns. I have reviewed your query about PCOS and issues getting pregnant. It is bothersome, and I want to add that there are a lot of reasons and causes of PCOS. If you need to get treated for this issue, you need to consult an OBGYN so that she may be able to rule out the possible cause. Management goes accordingly.
Some females have hormonal issues, and the abnormality can be overcome with hormonal therapy. Some females are overweight and reduction of body fat is all needed to conceive and beat PCOS in the first place. These are a few examples. Your OBGYN may go for diagnostic tests like abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound and other tests.
Hope it helps. Ask for more if you have doubts or questions. My direct and quick link is: tinyurl.com/drhanifmd
