I understand your concern. You are experiencing the symptoms due to
hormonal imbalance caused due to primarily
PCOD.
PCOD will cause disturbances in menstrual pattern and lowers the chances of conception. This could probably bother you after you get married.
You need not worry, as even if this condition is not curable, it is treatable in such a way that it would improve your chances of getting pregnant.
You need to do the following:
1. Reduction in weight by low
carbohydrate diet and moderate exercise.
2. Regularization of periods by birth control pills.
3. Induction of ovulation by Clomifen citrate and
Metformin.
4. Anti-androgen drug
Spironolactone intake.
