Suggest Treatment For PCOD While On Diane-35
I am on Diane 35 for PCOD. However I didnt take it regularly this month. Had forgotten for the last 4 days or so...and there was a slight spotting. So I inferred that my periods had begun...and therefore didn t use any other contraception. But my periods didn t follow up after that. It s been a little over 48hrs, and i took an ipill , when can i expect my periods, please advice, i dont want to get pregnant.

Hi,
You had done unprotected intercourse and the period is delayed. If you have taken I pill within 72 hour of sex than it is very effective in preventing pregnancy. But still if your period is delayed for one week than rule out pregnancy by urine hcg card test. You can double cross beta hcg estimation by serum ELISA test as well.
