Suggest Treatment For PCOD

Hello doctor.This is Ganesh from rak.my wife has PCOD and as per suggestion with doctor,it has already operation and removed.after few month again checked and still left few PCOD.menstruation was always on time even PCOD.it never delay and early but in whole life of my wife 33 age,this is the first time even in 45 days she is not in menstrutation.it has doubt that she is pregnant but 2-3 time checked with pregnancy kit in home,showing only one red color.Kindly suggest what can be the reason not for menstruation even in 45 days?

Hi I think sometimes periods can get delayed due to absence of ovulation in pco. She can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. If you are trying to get pregnant, you can go for ovulation induction with timed intercourse for conceiving. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
